Why this makes sense

A seized evaporator fan motor can make the coil ice up, reduce heat transfer and create warm-room symptoms. A refrigerant leak then makes the system run longer and colder at the wrong points. Door leaks and damaged panels add extra moisture and heat load, so we check the mechanical room condition and the refrigeration circuit together.
