Terms and Conditions
These terms explain how Fixakitchen handles commercial kitchen equipment
repair call-outs, diagnosis fees, quotes, parts, warranties, payment and
customer approval in Cape Town.

Call-Outs and Diagnosis
Call-out and advanced fault diagnosis starts from R750 unless a different
rate is confirmed before attendance. Diagnosis covers assessment and
recommended next steps; repair work, parts and additional labour are
quoted or approved separately.

Quotes, Parts and Approval
Parts availability, pricing and lead times can change. No extra repair
work is carried out without customer approval. Some specialist or
imported parts may require upfront payment before ordering.

Site Access and Safety
Customers must provide safe access to the equipment, power, water,
drainage and the work area. Work may be paused if the site is unsafe,
inaccessible or if required services cannot be isolated safely.

Warranties
Warranty applies only to the specific repair or part supplied by
Fixakitchen, subject to correct use, installation conditions and no
unrelated faults. Existing faults, misuse, poor ventilation, water
quality, electrical supply problems and blocked drains are excluded.

Payment
Payment terms are confirmed on quote or invoice. Call-out, diagnosis,
labour and approved parts remain payable even if the customer decides
not to proceed with a full repair after assessment.

Brands and Manufacturer Status
Brand names are used to describe equipment familiarity and repair
search intent. Fixakitchen is not claiming manufacturer endorsement
unless specifically stated in writing.
